Cipra Loops

There are sixteen 2"x2" Cipra tiles, each with a different configuration of paths. Put them together and they create loops on the surface of a torus. The smallest loops pass through four tiles. Can you arrange the tiles so that every loop passes through just four squares? Can you arrange them so that there is just one loop?
